Hey there yogis!!
This week’s question comes from Amy Auset! She is a wonderful woo-woo I interviewed a while back and wanted to know about conditioning and elbow pain. I’ve answered her question in a special outdoor Nama Say Wednesday. **Thanks to my hubby for wardrobe & camera assistance — also, Happy Anniversary I love you**
Check it out! If you’re interested, share with your friends on ALL your social media networks. I hope I’ve helped you all out with this answer. And please, if you have more questions — please let me know!
Sending you love, light & proper alignment!
Namaste,
Jenny
Great video, Jenny. Will definitively pay attention to how I hold my arms when I jump back to plank.
Every time I start with yoga after a break, my body is sore for days, but then suddenly the pain is all gone, and while it
is still hard for me, it’s nice to feel the body adjusting and changing. Keep up the good work!
Thanks so much Christine! It’s so important to pay careful attention when we jump back. It’s such a quick and easy fix! Conditioning takes some time… but you’ll get there, just keep practicing!! Thanks again 🙂
