How is it already Monday? I had one of those weekends that just flew by! It included cuddling, yoga, quiet time, smoothies, writing, working on my website, planning idea for the re-launch of The Ahimsa Project (OMG—so excited and so much more to come for you guys!!), a few great movies, Moroccan food, Indian food & more.
This past week was full of a few wonders, including a natural wonder of the world: Niagara Falls! I seriously cannot say the word breathtaking enough when it came to our adventure there. It was such an amazing experience with my mom and I couldn’t have been happier to have her there with me.
When I finally got back to my hubby, it was an amazingly blissful reunion. Busy meetings, working from home and settling in have dominated the week but I’m working hard and excited for this upcoming transition. As of September 27th, I will no longer be working from home for my beloved company but rather working for YOU and for myself. I’m scared and excited for this upcoming transition, but do know that with all that is going on at the moment, timing couldn’t be more perfect!

I’m also SUPER excited to announce that starting October 19th I am co-hosting a challenge on Instagram & Facebook. There will be rules to come and follow, but it’s chock full of super fun things to Power Your Spirit! There will be giveaways too (woo hoo!!) including a discount on our upcoming retreat and a free spot in The Ahimsa Project! I can’t wait to connect with you and give you more details soon!!
The Little Things
Watching World War Z & actually keeping my eyes open the whole time, discovering Honest Trailers (haha—please go watch a few), seeing Olympus has Fallen (uh-mazing), cuddling, exploring, yoga in a new studio where I was a real student for the first time in a LONG time, adding a few new features to my website and beginning to learn code, creating a fun challenge on Instagram & Facebook just for YOU, 15 signs you’ve stopped doing yoga & become a YOGI, finalizing all work projects, writing, writing, writing and more writing. Did I mention I’m writing a lot? 😉
