Nama Say Wednesday: Am I Ready to Become a Yoga Teacher? 4 Questions to ask yourself

Hey there ohmees!!

I have decided to create videos for you weekly. I wanted to change Nama Say Wednesday into a video blog instead of just written. This way, if you have any questions about yoga that require movement or the ability to see a particular pose I will be able to model them for you.

This first post is a question I often get. A lot of yogis want to know if they are ready to embark upon a yoga teacher training. My answer almost always remains the same: if you are questioning, you are likely already READY. A yoga teacher training is not only a program that certifies you as a yoga teacher, it is also a course in self-love, determination, hard work, self-study, meditation and becoming deeper in tune with your own practice. The final result of a certification is that you can teach, yes. But this does not have to be the only reason you take a teacher training.

As my answer is almost always the same, I wanted to help you with the next set of questions. What do I do once I’ve decided to actually pursue a teacher training? How do I find the perfect one??

See my latest video below for my list of answers.

I’m looking forward to hearing from you soon, either here or on my facebook page with more questions!

Do you have anything to add to the conversation?? Post a comment in the section below about your personal experience while becoming a yoga teacher.

Sending you love, light & happiness.
