200 Hour YTT In-Person

A collaborative, in-person, trauma informed teacher training featuring incredible guest teachers and a rich curriculum. Presented by Salty Buddha + Barefoot Yoga Shala.

Who are we

Jenny Lane, Toni Visone, and Hannah Colbert are incredibly excited to announce a Salty Buddha & Barefoot Yoga Shala Teacher Training this summer! This 200-hour registered yoga teacher-training program is approved by the Yoga Alliance and for those who want to teach and live an authentic practice on and off the mat.

This collaborative training will bring you beyond the basics and physical practice of yoga; expect to explore the spiritual side while digging deep into ancient yoga philosophy, learning and honoring the healing and therapeutic applications of the art and science of yoga. This training is designed to nurture your authentic and unique style to teach and honor the practice of yoga. We are here to walk with you on this path to find and honor your unique voice as a yoga teacher in a community that honors and celebrates each individual and the collective at whole.
